  • 業務内容

開発技術企画部デザイン課に所属し、プロダクトデザイナーとして電動工具(木工機械、エア工具、園芸用機器、家庭用機器等)の新製品のデザインを担当いただきます。

デザインコンセプト作成、アイデアスケッチ、クレイモデル制作、プレゼンテーション、量産フォローまでの業務に一貫して携わっていただきます。

開発部門、営業部門、生産部門と連携しながら、顧客価値の付加・創造を目指し、デザイン提案を日々行っています。

  • 必須スキル・経験

・工業製品のプロダクトデザイン経験3年以上

・デザインスケッチや文章でデザインやアイデアを明瞭に伝えられる方

・Illustrator, Photoshopスキル

・樹脂成型や金型等の基礎知識をお持ちの方

  • 歓迎スキル・経験

・Rhinoceros等の3D CADスキル

  • 給料

1)年収550万円〜850万円

2)家族手当、超過勤務手当、休日勤務手当、通勤手当(全額)は別途支給

※経験・年齢・能力などを考慮して、給与額を決定します。

月30時間を超える時間外労働分についての割増賃金は追加で支給

昇給:年1回(4月)

賞与:年2回(6月・12月) ※2020年度実績は6.7ヶ月
