◆仕事内容

ハウスメーカーの営業チームをバックオフィスから支えるポジションです。

事務経験がなくても始めやすく、チームワークで進める業務が中心なので安心して取り組めます

主な業務内容

・見積書・契約書など営業資料の作成補助

・顧客情報の入力・データ管理

・電話応対、来客時の受付

・カタログ手配や資料送付などの営業サポート

・営業スケジュールの管理、連絡調整 など

8:30〜12:00|メール確認、書類のチェック、入力作業

12:00〜13:00|社内カフェスペースでランチ♪

13:00〜17:30|電話対応や資料発送、営業支援業務を進行
