映画・ドラマ・CMなど多彩な

映像作品の撮影現場を縁の下で支える、

営業事務スタッフの募集です。

数字を扱う仕事が多くなるため

正確さを重視できる細かさを求めます

【具体的には】

̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄

  • 打ち合わせに使用する資料作成
  • 会議に使用する資料作成
  • 売上請求書の発行、稼働表の作成
  • 小口現金・仮払金の管理、領収書作成
  • 買掛金請求書の取りまとめ

および支払一覧表の作成

  • 車輌日報の入力補助
  • 点呼補助
  • 外注人件費の取り纏め
  • その他付随する庶務業務

PCを使った事務作業を中心に、

営業サポートとして簡単な経理までお任せ

電話対応や来客時のお茶出しもありますので、

明るく丁寧な対応ができる方を歓迎します。

配車管理の基礎から丁寧に指導。運行管理者

資格の取得もサポートするのでスキルUPが

目指せます

【運行管理の道も目指せる】

運行管理の資格未取得の方には、貨物と旅客

それぞれ3日間の基礎講習にご参加いただき、

まずは運行管理の補助者になっていただきます。

【運行管理補助業務】

  • 出庫・帰庫時のドライバー対面点呼
  • 翌日の配車時間・場所・行程等の電話&メール確認業務
  • 点呼簿・運行指示書作成

ドライバーが無事に帰庫し、声を聴けたときが一番うれしく

思える瞬間撮影現場の話などを聞くと作品への愛着も高まり

ますし、話すことで信頼関係も生まれていきます。

更にドライバーの体調・睡眠不足の管理や、配車地・注意点を

正確に伝えることも大切な業務です。

入社後はできる業務から少しずつスタートし

段階的に仕事の幅を広げていける環境です。

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 22万1920円 〜

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり7万8080円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり45時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし
