Job Description Summary
PCS営業技術ネットワークスペシャリストは、担当市場における生体情報ネットワークおよび生理検査ネットワーク導入に伴う、要件定義、実装、検証、納品後サポート業務を行うことを職務とし、主として、
・サーバ・クライアント構築やソフトウェアインストール・検証・設置業務
・病院医療情報部様、電子カルテシステムベンダ様およびネットワーク3rdベンダ様との協業
・商談時の技術的なサポート
を行い、PCS営業技術部リーダーにレポートします。
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
受注前営業サポート
- セールスサポート:専門的スキルを活用しながら、営業の案件サポートを行い、Win Rate向上、販売価格向上、Upsellを目指す
- 自社NW提案のサポート
- 自社製品NWに合わせた、案件毎に3rd venderおよびNW Engチームを含む社内関係部署を取りまとめ
- 複数のPCS Segmentを跨ぐ案件では社内Segmentチームおよび営業と連携・共闘しながらPCS Total提案をまとめる
- 上記のためのJob meetingへの参加等、社内連携
- 顧客ニーズや要望の正確な把握や社内でのコミュニケーションを通じて、効率の良いセールスを目指す
顧客対応
- 納品顧客サポート:自社製品や3rdベンダ供給の生体情報ファイリングシステムや生理検査システムの導入に伴う、要件定義、実装、検証をおこなう。
- 納品時:サーバ、クライアント構築やソフトウェアインストール・検証・設置業務を行う。
- 納品後の顧客サポート:製品を購入頂いた後の、使用方法やカスタマイズについてのアフターフォローの実施
- カスタマーコールセンターのサポート:電話などのリモート環境からの顧客からの問い合わせ対応
社内全般
- 製品検証:自社製品ネットワークや3rd Party製品とのネットワークテストにより、市場へ提案できる機能やデータフロー、ワークフロー等の改善ができる提案につなげる検証を行う
- 製品フィードバック:より良い製品開発につなげるために、顧客の声・フィードバックをSegmentチームに提供
- 品質・EHS等を含む社内で必須のトレーニングを受講し、知識を常にアップデートし続けると共にIntegrityをもって業務に臨む
Qualifications/Requirements
- B to Bにて、ネットワークやサーバハードウェアを含むシステム要件定義から、構築、実装(ラッキング等の設置含む)、運用経験が3年以上ある方
- サーバ、サーバ仮想化(Hyper-V等)の環境構築、SQL Serverの導入運用の経験がある方
- 高いモチベーションがあり、社内外の関係者と一緒に協働できるチームプレーヤーであること
- 高いコミュニケーション能力があり、顧客との様々なシーンに対応するためのフットワークがあること
- 現在の経験や知識に加えて、GEヘルスケア製品やビジネスプロセスに関する知識を学ぼうとする意欲があること
- 周囲のステークホルダーとの、オープンな相互フィードバックができ、既存業務を改善していく姿勢があること
- 日本語が流ちょうであること。英語力は不問ですが、英語力向上の意欲があること
Preferred Qualifications
- 電子カルテや部門システムの導入、運用、保守の経験がある方
- 医療業界に興味がある方
- 業務活動及びプロジェクト完了を推進するための十分な解析スキルと能力
- Microsoft Officeの知識、およびPCのスキル
- 医療情報技師等の資格を有する方
- 英語によるコミュニケーション能力
