is looking for
Mold Tooling Engineer
. This role plays a key part in ensuring stable, high-quality production through expert maintenance and improvement of injection molding tools.

Position Overview

You will be responsible for the maintenance, cleaning, repair, and improvement of mold tooling used in vertical injection molding machines.

Key Responsibilities

• Mounting and removing molds on vertical injection molding machines
• Cleaning, disassembly, and reassembly of molding tools
• Mold repair and precision grinding of mold components
• Improvement activities for insert-molding tools
• Participation in various meetings related to process and tooling improvements
• Benchmarking at external sites when necessary

Team Structure

The molding group consists of three teams: Operators / Tooling / Machinery.

You will join the
Tooling Team
, which manages mold maintenance and ensures smooth production. The team mainly works daytime (8-hour shifts), though some members rotate under a 3-days-on / 3-days-off 2-shift schedule for specific tasks.

Your work will involve frequent collaboration with the Operator and Machinery teams, allowing you to continuously grow specialized knowledge. Since part of the group's output is shipped as finished products, the process you will handle is highly critical. The plant also operates under a flexible working-hour system, offering a supportive environment for work–life balance.

Required Qualifications

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment (any relevant field) minimum 2 years
• JLPT N1,N2,N3

Salary: 4 Million JPY ~
