Japanese required position:
N2–N1 level, or N3 with strong communication skills.
You should feel confident using Japanese in a business environment or have at least 2 years of experience working with Japanese-speaking stakeholders.
We are looking for a Data & BI Manager to help strengthen data-driven decision making across our Japan operations.You will act as the key bridge between business teams and our regional data platform group, ensuring that insights and tools are effectively leveraged to support growth.
What You'll DoCollaborate with business and technical teams to define data needs and deliver practical solutions.
Improve dashboards, automate reporting, and promote self-service analytics using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
Build and refine SQL queries, ETL pipelines, and data models to enhance data accessibility and accuracy.
Work with regional teams to align strategies and drive data quality and governance initiatives.
What We're Looking For
Strong SQL skills and experience with Python or similar languages.
Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).
Solid understanding of data modeling, governance, and workflow optimization.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical topics clearly.
Fluent English proficiency.
