仕事内容

• Encourage a good team spirit with open environment and work the company interface with QMS as tool for continuous improvement. Well Catch the customers' demand and analyze various biz information (Process, new technology)

対象となる方

• Provides leadership in integrating and aligning crossfunctional team to ensure all key activities, priorities and decisions are synchronized to exceed customers' expectations and needs.
• Provide Apps information to Japan GM in timely manner (weekly, monthly, annually)
• Establish effective relationship with customer and Engineering team (R&D team) in VAT HQ to serve customers better

Critical competencies:
leadership/ people management/ decision making process. Fluent speaking of English, professional knowledge of vacuum biz, equipment, process, Loyalty to the company.
