仕事内容

橋梁工事・耐震補強工事・鉄道土木などの作業全般。

  • 既存構造物の補修・補強
  • 作業計画・段取り
  • 班内での安全管理・指示
  • 重機・クレーン・玉掛け作業
  • 協力会社との調整

※「経験に応じて担当業務をアサイン」

※ 職長経験者には、班のマネジメントもお任せします。

【職長インタビュー】

「仕事は、どこでやるかより、誰とやるか」

以前、結誠工業で5年ほど働いていました。

でも持病が悪化して、片方の視力がほとんど見えなくなってきたんです。

この体では現場で安全に動くのが難しい。そう感じて、退職しました。

事情は言えず、「自己都合」という形で離れました。

そのあと別の仕事を始めたんですが、

体調の不安もあって、うまくいかないことが続きました。

この先どう働いていくか、悩んでいた時期です。

そんな時に、たまたま社長と連絡を取る機会がありました。

そこで退職の本当の理由を話したら、社長がこう言ってくれたんです。

「ちゃんと話してくれてありがとう。

不自由な部分は俺や他の人も支える。

もう一度、できることから現場を手伝ってくれないか。」

正直、あの時の言葉で気持ちがふっと軽くなりました。

迷惑をかけたくないと思って一人で抱えて、

マイナスの選択をしていたんだなって。

話せたら、こんなに楽になるんだと感じました。

今も視力は戻っていません。

それでも、できることを班のみんなが自然に割り振ってくれて、

僕は職長として現場に立っています。

同じように悩みを抱える人が、

ネガティブにならないように声をかけたい。

どんな人でも「今が楽しい」と思える現場にしたい。

そう思って、毎日の仕事をしています。

仕事はどこでなにをするかじゃなくて、誰とするか。

それが今の自分の柱です。

・普通自動車免許(AT可)

・土木・とび・橋梁・耐震補強などの現場経験者

・施工管理技士(1・2級 土木/建築)

・各種技能講習

(玉掛け/車両系/高所作業車/小型移動式クレーン など)

・職長経験者

・鉄道・高速道路・橋梁のインフラ工事経験者

実働時間:1日あたり7時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日 〜 23日

8時00分~17時00分(休憩2時間:実稼働7時間)

夜間作業あり

基本給:日給 1万1000円 〜 1万8000円
