仕事内容:

経理部門で、日次経理をメインに社員のサポート業務をお任せします。

【派遣先の業務】

・現預金の管理

・仕訳伝票の作成(ソフト:JDL)

・経費精算、領収書、請求書の整理

・売掛金、買掛金の管理

・振込データの作成

・売上、仕入の計上漏れチェック(ソフト:オービック)

・支払(経費、買掛金等)チェックとデータ作成

・月次決算の補助

他、来客のお茶出しなどの諸雑務を含みます。

仕訳入力などの経理経験を活かしながら、スキルアップを目指したい方、将来的に正社員として安定した働き方を実現したい方におすすめのお仕事です。

勤務時間・曜日:

【就業時間】8:30~17:30

・1日5時間~/週3日~の勤務時間で扶養内の相談も可能です。

・8:30の出社が難しい場合は9:00開始などのご相談も可能です。

・社員は土曜出社がありますが、派遣スタッフにおいては土日祝休みとなります。
