仕事内容:

北区のグループホームで、障がいのある方の日常生活をサポートするお仕事です。

金銭管理や役所の手続き、通院同行など、ご利用者様一人ひとりのニーズに合わせた生活援助を行います。

不安を軽減し、目標に沿った支援を通じて、自立に向けた寄り添いができるやりがい溢れる環境です。

・基本給:181,900円

・処遇改善加算:32,000円

・月給:213,900円~

・資格手当:社会福祉士等3福祉資格で月20,000円、初任者研修等で月3,000円

・通勤手当:月20,000円(総合職A)、月10,000円(総合職B)

・住宅手当:月8,000円(施設から2km以内、一人暮らし対象)

・扶養手当:配偶者・第一子各10,000円、第二子以降各5,000円
