Description Purpose and Scope:As a Platform Engineer of a team of individuals in a specific area of digital expertise, you will be a crucial player in driving our digital initiatives forward in our agile organization. Our agile operating model consists of two components – Digital Capability and Digital Execution. Digital Execution are about aligning multiple missions around business goals and facilitating collaboration on a larger scale. Digital Capability, on the other hand, focus on the growth and development of individuals within a specific expertise area. This dual structure enables us to scale agile practices efficiently while maintaining a focus on both product development and individual skill enhancement.
• Platform Development and Configuration: Design, develop, and configure business platforms to meet the specific needs of our organization. This could involve programming, configuring settings, and integrating various software solutions.
• System Integration: Ensure seamless integration between different business platforms and systems (e.g., integrating Concur, Veeva, GRC, and S/4 systems) to enhance data flow and business processes.
• Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Regularly monitor the performance of business platforms, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to improve efficiency and user experience.
• User Support and Training: Provide technical support to platform users, resolve issues, and conduct training sessions to ensure users can effectively utilize the platforms.
• Initiative Execution: Actively participate in and contribute to various initiatives, applying your specialized skills to achieve the objectives and expected Value. Contribute to the ongoing realization of Value from these enterprise platforms through continuous integration and deployment.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members within the subdivision and across other digital and business units.
• Continuous Learning: Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in a specific area of expertise.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field, e.g., Computer Science/Information Technology /Business Administration
• 7+ years of Hands on Experience in Concur with good understanding of Concur process and functionality. i.e. Concur administration, Concur Travel, Request and Expenses modules
• Should have Strong functional / process knowledge in Concur Technology with capability of configuring and building Time and Expense setup.
• Must have knowledge of Integration with other SAP modules like Success factors, MDG, HR, FI, GRC and Veeva.
• Deep knowledge on Application functionality: issue management, track keeping of incidents service request and changes requests.
• Administrative call: review Company Card Administrator and Concur Reporting tools, provide Reporting and Support registration assistance
• Deliver training/knowledge to business around imports and extracts in/out of Concur's services. If applicable, collaborate with assigned Concur technical consultant to ensure set- up of FTP/PGP for clients and deliver training on imports/extracts
• Manage credit card feed/activation/migration process
• Escalate issues to designated team contacts and/or cross-functional teams in a timely manner to ensure support issues are addressed early
• Supports external auditors by coordination information requirements
• Monitor and resolve technical issues related to interfaces between Concur and various internal systems and ensure data accuracy
• Communicate Concur roadmap and features for Strategic and Operational end user enhancements to business process owner
• Monitor regular functionality of Concur, HR integration, Bank integration and ERP Integration – experience in handing Native integration issues and Posting issues
• Effectively understand the Global T&E Policy and process and work towards enabling configuration modification from time to time
• Manage collaboration with external application vendors, Banks to translate business requirements and enable scalable solutions
• Review Concur Expense configuration and audit rules, ability to carry out adjustments as requested
• Exploring new ideas/functions to fulfil client requirements and configured the same adhering Client Local T&E Processes.
• Ability to work in highly matrixed environments managing global teams comprised of employees and system integrators.
• Demonstrated ability to lead culturally diverse teams including offshore models.
• Innovative mindset and experience with agile, proto-typing and rapid development models
• Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal, analytical, change management and communication skills aligned with program goals and principles.
• Versatility and willingness to work with constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
• Excellent understanding of business functional areas and end to end global business processes & sub-processes.
• Work experience across multiple cultures and countries / regions.
• Relevant experience in business analysis, technical analysis, or a related area, demonstrating a track record of bridging business needs with technical solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand complex business issues and develop appropriate technical solutions.
• Good understanding of information technology, software development life cycles, and architectural frameworks. Familiarity with programming languages, databases, and software development tools is beneficial.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with diverse groups of stakeholders, including business users, Digital professionals, and management.
• Precision in documenting requirements, specifications, and project details to ensure clarity and alignment with objectives.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements, technologies, and project priorities.
• Fluent in written and verbal business English and Japanese.

Preferred Qualifications:
• End to End Process Understanding of Time and Expense process
• Ability to resolve complex support queries and be able to configure and test all support related queries in all the Concur modules
• Major large, complex high-end SAP implementations; experience in multi-country implementations
• Broad and deep application and technical knowledge including latest innovations required in Concur
• S4 and GRC, Success Factors/HR integration
• ABAP knowledge to understand the BADI codes and debug them
• Integration with third party applications
• Work with System owner and Business Process owners for Ariba, in capturing the Business requirements coming up with Estimations and delivering them
• Performance Tuning and applying Best Practices and Automations for SAP Concur
• Administration systems – Service Now, SAP Solution Manager, HP ALM & TOSCA
• Application integration technologies –CPI, GRC and External gateway systems
• Ability to work in highly matrixed environments managing global teams comprised of employees and system integrators.
