Our client is a technology cooperation in Vietnam, seeking experienced professionals to join their firm.

• Participate in the development and maintenance of systems using Java.
  

• Perform basic design and detailed design (BD, DD) for project modules/features.
  

• Collaborate with internal teams and Japanese clients during requirement analysis, design, and development phases.
  

• Involve in the full software development lifecycle: analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
  

• Work long-term in Japan (Tokyo or Osaka). The company will support and handle all Visa procedures for eligible candidates.
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Java development, including at least 1 year with Spring Boot.
  

• Experience in BD and DD design in software projects.
  

• Good Japanese communication skills, capable of discussing work directly with clients and onsite teams.
  

• Candidates currently in Japan or candidates in Vietnam who are willing to relocate for long-term work.
  

• Experience in developing administrative or government-related systems, especially in the design phase is preferred.
