【仕事内容】

【創業120年の安定企業/平均勤続年数15年以上/千葉】年間休日125日/残業20H/千葉県内中心に就業可能/働きやすさ充実の建設会社にて、建築施工管理を担当していただきます。

同社の施工管理職として現場の管理、監督業務を担当いただきます。

  • 発注者や設計監理者との打ち合わせ 等

【案件について】

案件:学校、官公庁、店舗、工場等比較的大規模な建築工事を行っております。

エリア:千葉県北部、茨城県南部が中心になります。

※本社のある香取市周辺の他、千葉市中央区にも事業所を構えており、千葉市周辺の案件も多くございます。

※現場は自宅を考慮いたします。

※直行直帰も可能です。

【年収・給与】

【想定年収】700万円~900万円(35歳~59歳 例)【想定月収】43万円~56万円(35歳~59歳 例)※上記はあくまでも目安であり、年齢や経験によって決定いたします。※残業代は時間に応じて支給いたします。昇給:年1回賞与:年2回(前年実績4か月分)
