・サポート施策の企画・立案、実行
・Employee Resource Group(有志のグループ)との連携
・インクルーシブカルチャー醸成のためのイベント実行 等
【求められる経験・スキル / Required Experience And Skills】
・管理職の経験(ポジションが課長相当の場合)
・障害者採用の企画業務・採用経験もしくは支援経験
・Diversity&Inclusionに関する理解とそれをもとにした社内外とのコミュニケーションスキル
・人事全般に関する基礎知識(労務、採用、評価)
【歓迎要件】
・複数関係者を束ねてのプロジェクトマネジメント経験(ステークホルダー管理)
・新規企画の立ち上げ経験(企画業務)
