以前は、脳外科で働いていました。毎日残業が続き大変でしたが、内容に見合った給料ではなく、不満を抱いている時に以前の同僚の勧めでここに転職。治療が最優先の環境から、一緒に生活をするという生活が目的となり、仕事内容は180度変化。同じ看護師でもこんなに違うんだなと思いました戸惑いもあった中で先輩方は自分の経験を元にいろんなことを教えてくれました。教える環境が整っていることもここの魅力だと思います。また残業も少なく1日の実働時間が短いことで、子どもや家族との時間がしっかりと取れるようになりました。さらに法人初の育児休暇の取得もさせていただくなど、家族やプレイベートの時間を大事にできる環境があることもありがたいです。「仕事」と「プライベート」。どちらかを犠牲にするのではなく、どちらも、バランスの取れた働き方をすることで、今は自分らしく仕事ができているなと実感しています。
