Q. どんな施設ですか?

A. 木曽岬町で最も規模の大きい高齢者介護施設「すいせんの里」で、地下1,300mから湧き出る天然温泉を備えた特別養護老人ホームです。平成15年に開設し、「笑顔で誠実」の理念で運営しています。

Q. 具体的に何をするの?

A. 特別養護老人ホーム入居者(74名)の健康管理、バイタル測定、病院への引率対応、医療機関との連携業務、ユニットケアによる介護サービスのサポートを行います。

Q. 未経験でも大丈夫?

A. ブランクがある方でもこれまでの経験を活かして復職が可能です。隣接のクリニックがあるため医療面でも安心して働けます。

【基本給与】

月給:211,000円~232,500円

試用期間:3ヶ月(同条件)

賃金締切日:毎月20日

賃金支払日:当月30日

・資格手当:15,000円

・日祝手当:3,000円

・皆勤手当:6,000円

・オンコール手当:1,000円/回

・通勤手当:実費支給(上限月額16,000円)

【昇給・賞与】

・昇給制度あり:1月あたり2,500円~(前年度実績)

・賞与制度あり:年2回/計4.00ヶ月分(前年度実績)
