(Roles)

• Develop and manage production plans based on customer orders and forecast data.
• Manage supplier deliveries, track orders, and optimize inventory and shipping schedules.
• Handle service orders in SAP, validate task lists, and maintain process-related documentation.
• Manage BOM data and implement engineering changes, including new product introduction and product obsolescence.
• Coordinate and communicate with logistics, warehouse, and supply chain teams.
• Support capacity planning and maintain production capacity models.
• Manage priorities considering customer service levels and support KPI reporting.
• Participate in and support Lean improvement initiatives (6S, Kaizen, BPI projects).
• Perform general administrative tasks such as archiving photos and preparing purchase requests/quotations.

(Skills)

• Degree or qualification in Engineering, Science, or Business
• 2–3 years of practical experience with detailed production planning
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Strong practical knowledge of customer order processing and ERP systems
• Evidence of analytical skills using qualitative and quantitative tools and methods
• Highly motivated with a proactive approach to continuous improvement and achieving set goals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with internal management and global operations teams
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of other transactional and planning systems (e.g., MAPICS, SAP) is desirable
