仕事内容:

「どこでもだれでも陸上養殖ができる仕組みと文化をつくる」自社プロダクト『ARK』の次世代機開発および量産化を推進していただきます。現在は外注に頼っている部分も多く、これらを内製化し、圧倒的なスピードで改善サイクルを回すためのコアメンバーとして参画してください。

具体的には、ご経験に合わせて以下の領域を担当いただきます。

  • 機構設計(ハードウェア):筐体構造、配管システム、水循環ユニットの設計・試作。メンテナンス性を考慮した量産設計。
  • ソフトウェア開発:水質センサー(IoT)からのデータ収集、クラウド連携、養殖自動化アルゴリズムの実装、ユーザー向けダッシュボード開発。
  • 電気設計:システム全体の制御盤設計、電源管理、センサー類の配線設計および選定。

  • 「全域」に関わる:単なる一パーツの設計ではありません。製品全体を俯瞰し、自分の設計がどうプロダクトの価値を変えるかをダイレクトに実感できます。
  • 「現場」がある:社内に養殖ラボがあり、R&Dチームや養殖家と隣り合わせで開発。午前中に設計し、午後に試作・検証するスピード感が日常です。

【必須(MUST)】

  • メーカー等での製品開発、設計、または量産化の経験(3年以上)
  • 「指示待ち」ではなく、自ら課題を見つけ、解決策を提案できる能力
  • スタートアップ特有のカオスを楽しみ、変化に柔軟に対応できるマインド
  • プロジェクトをリードした経験(リーダークラス以上)
  • 普通自動車免許(現場対応等で必要なため)

勤務時間・曜日:

・勤務時間:8時30分〜17時00分(うち昼休憩45分)の7時間45分

・勤務日:平日週5日
