Job Responsibilities

• Utilize CAD software to produce detailed drawings and plans for MEP systems.
• Coordinate with site engineers to ensure that MEP systems are implemented according to specifications.
• Assist in site management, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with design specifications and local building codes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects and construction managers, to facilitate workflow.
• Maintain accurate documentation of design changes and project modifications.
• Provide technical support and guidance on MEP systems during the construction phase.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• Proficient in MEP design and CAD software.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.

Desired Experience

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in MEP CAD operations and site engineering.
• Demonstrated experience in site management and project coordination.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations pertaining to construction and MEP installations.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ¥350,000 - ¥500,000 per month
