【どんな仕事?】

マンション・学校・病院などにある、火災報知器・消火器・誘導灯など「消防設備」 の取り付け・点検を行います。

・火災報知器や誘導灯などの取り付け・交換

・点検機器を使った設備の動作チェック

・報告用の写真撮影や簡単なデータ入力

消防設備は、法律で設置が義務付けられている"なくならない仕事"。

景気に仕事量が左右されにくく、AIや機械だけではできない、 "人の手" が必要な仕事です。

【未経験スタートの流れ】

①工具の名前を覚えるところからスタート

・ドライバー・ペンチなど、道具の使い方を先輩と一緒に練習

②先輩のサポート業務から

・器具を渡したり、写真を撮ったり、簡単な作業からお任せ

③社内の練習設備で反復トレーニング

・現場に出る前に"何度も試せる"ので、落ち着いて覚えられます

④国家資格の取得へ

・「消防設備士」「電気工事士」などの資格取得費用は会社が全額負担

「いきなり現場に放り出される」ようなことはありません。

チームで現場を回るので、いつもすぐ横に先輩がいる安心感があります。

【1日のスケジュール(例)】

8:00 朝礼・その日の作業内容を確認

8:30 取り付け・点検スタート

12:00 お昼休憩(しっかり1時間)

13:00 午後の作業(設備チェック・写真撮影・片付けなど)

17:00 作業終了

※現場が早く終わればそのまま直帰OKのこともあります。

勤務時間・曜日:

8:00~17:00(実働7時間30分)

※社内業務時は9:00~18:00(実働7時間30分)

※現場により早出の可能性があります。
