職務内容
金融機関向けAI・データ活用コンサルティング案件の計画策定・進捗管理
生成AIを活用した業務効率化やプロセス変革の推進
CoE組織の立ち上げ・運営支援、データ人材育成伴走
AIガバナンス設計(品質管理・セキュリティ・倫理対応)
データ活用戦略・ロードマップ策定、顧客説明・調整
理想の人材
必須条件
AI・データ活用関連のコンサルティング実務経験(1年以上)
ビジネスレベル以上の日本語力
日本での就労資格保持
歓迎条件
ITプロジェクトのコンサルティング経験
チームマネジメント経験(3名以上)
AI CoE立ち上げや推進経験
PythonやSQLなどの簡単なプログラミングスキル
ビジネスレベルの英語力
