<施設の特徴>

勤務施設:さわやか野方館(デイサービス)

住宅型有料老人ホームに併設する定員55名のデイサービスです。

デイサービスでは、リハビリとレクリエーションに力を入れています。

明るい雰囲気で利用者様もお話し好きの方が多いです

<業務内容>

・介護のお仕事と言っても身体的な介助だけでなく、入居者様とのコミュニケーションを第一に考えています。未経験の方でもまずは積極的に利用者様に接することから始めて、徐々に実務に慣れていただければ大丈夫です

・デイサービス利用者様の食事・入浴・排泄・服薬の介助、レクリエーションの準備・実施、運転や添乗業務をお任せします。

<給与>

総支給額 197,700 〜 253,100円(各種手当込)

※給与は個人の資格などをもとに決定させていただきます。

・主な手当

資格手当:1,500〜7,000円

夜勤手当、その他諸手当

交通費支給(上限あり)

賞与あり(年2回)

入社後約2,3ヶ月は先輩職員に同行して業務を行います。

まずは先輩のやり方を見ながら入居者様と会話し、慣れてきたら少しずつ自分でもやってみて、自信がついてきたら一人でやる様子を見てもらう…というように段階を追ってお仕事を任せていきます。

未経験の方も積極的に受け入れているさわやか倶楽部だからこそ、先輩職員も未経験からスタートして活躍している人が多くいます

勤務時間・曜日:

<メインシフト>

・主な就業時間

08:30~17:30

※上記のシフト制勤務で休憩時間は60分です。

休暇・休日:

休日は4週間につき8日お休みのシフト制となります。

別途GW・夏季休暇・冬季休暇・リフレッシュ休暇がございます。
