ミッション

・当社原料・製品の人体・環境への安全性評価

・安全性評価手法の開発・導入

・人体・環境等への安全性および影響評価に関する情報収集と解析、提供

職務概要

製品・原料の人体および環境安全性を評価する。加えて、上市後も当社製品の安全性に関わる情報を収集、解析し、製品ライフサイクルを通じて安全性を保証する。

職務詳細

・製品計画、研究計画に合わせた製品・原料の安全性評価の実施

・安全性試験の実施(動物実験代替法/遺伝毒性試験/生分解性試験/生態毒性試験等)

・安全性評価技術の開発・導入、共同研究の実施等

・国内外の安全性に関わる学術情報や規制に関する情報の収集・解析

・関連工業会との連携(日本化学工業協会、日本石鹸洗剤工業会、日本化粧品工業会等)

求めるスキル・経験


必須スキル/経験

・安全性評価経験者(日用品、食品、製薬メーカーで3年以上の実務経験者)

歓迎スキル/経験

・GLP施設での安全性試験の実施経験がある方

・4年制または6年制大学・大学院にて化学系、生物系、薬学系を専攻されていた方

・統計解析、語学力(英語、中国語、その他外国語)に自信のある方

・安全性は、製品品質において最も重要なものであり、その根拠やデータの信頼性と透明性に基づき適正な判断を行う実直さが必要です。

・安全性評価の専門家として、様々なステークホルダーとの調整が必要な機会が多くあり、そのための論理的思考と伝達力が非常に重要です。

・安全性を取り巻く技術、社会や規制動向等の変化を感度良くとらえ、自ら率先して、社内関係者、行政や業界団体を巻き込んで課題解決に動けるような人を必要としています。

働き方


・基準時間8:30~17:15(フルフレックス制度で午前7時から午後9時までの範囲内で自主的な選択が可能)

・中抜け可能
