Job Summary
・Support the development, alignment and execution of Patients Value Plan(PVP) for B one Health Mission in Japan (BHM-J)
・Provides the strategic solutions and framework (such as segmentation and targeting) for Post Fracture Care to create and execute BHM-J PVP from both top-down and bottom-up approach in the field
・Keep abreast of the market environment such as competitive landscape and key customers' activities and provide up to date knowledge on the changing environment on Fracture Liaison Service to the team
・Secure cross functional alignment on PVP through constantly optimizing the resources for key initiatives
・Manage KPIs to accelerate PFC in Japan to measure the progress for both bottom-up and top-down approach based on Health Care System strategy
・Find the insight to drive PFC and provides hands on support for SL's field activities
Major Accountabilities/Responsibilities
・Support developing and refining the innovative Japan BHM-J Patients Value Plan(PVP) to increase the treatment rate for the fragility fracture patients through
・Gaining deep insights on patients' unmet need
・Keeping monitoring of the evolution FLS related activities
・Systemically collecting and translating information from the field to meaningful insight
・Gaining feedback and advices from KOLs on our field related action plans
・Co-creating creative and tailored solutions for the SLs
・Co-ordinate the alignment behind the BHM-J PVP Japan by
・Collaborating with the partner companies' marketing team
・Prioritizing the initiative with clear patients value
・Support the execution of Patient Value Plan of Japan
・Provides consistency across regions by closely interacting with SLs
・Providing the framework/template for regional plan for SLs
・Provides proactive and constructive discussion on key challenges and opportunities in each region
・Enable more efficient best practice sharing across SLs and Global
・Build and manage network with key opinion leaders/HCPs to practically support activities of SLs
・Liaising the discussion on the proper resources and alignment across team
Education & Qualifications
・marketing experience in Pharma
・strategic marketing & project management,
・executive communication with KOL experiences,
・complex problem-solving experiences,
・interface with Global organizations (English Skill sets)
