Based on customer feedback, we, as Product Owners, design innovative new products and deliver them directly to Rakuten Mobile customers.

Job DutiesUpon joining, the individual will engage in the following duties as a Product Marketing Manager:
Market Research and Competitor Analysis:
Continuously research and analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitor product movements to identify product differentiation points and growth opportunities.
Product Positioning and Messaging Strategy:
Clearly define compelling value propositions that resonate with target customers and communicate consistent messages to internal and external stakeholders.
Sales and Marketing Support:
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide product sales materials and training. Participate in planning campaigns and promotions.
Customer Feedback Collection and Utilization:
Collect customer feedback through Voice of Customer (VoC) and user interviews, and reflect it in product improvements and marketing initiatives.
Product Launch Planning andExecution Support:
Develop launch plans for new products and features in collaboration with each product's PdM (Product Manager) and support execution in coordination with relevant departments.
Market KPI Monitoring and Analysis:
Track market indicators such as sales, ARPU, and user acquisition, and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and propose improvements.
Minimum Qualifications
Product Marketing Experience: 3+ years of practical experience as a Product Marketing Manager or in a similar marketing role, with experience in product launch, positioning, messaging strategy, and sales support.
B2C Marketing Experience:
Marketing experience with B2C mobile applications or web services, including understanding user experience (UX) and planning/executing marketing initiatives based on customer needs.
End-to-End Marketing Strategy: Experience from marketing strategy formulation to execution, including understanding and practice of processes such as market research, competitor analysis, customer behavior analysis, KPI setting, and performance measurement.
Market Research & Customer Insights:
Proficiency in market research methodologies and extracting customer insights, with experience leveraging VoC and user interviews to enhance product value.
Marketing & Project Management Tools:
Knowledge and experience in using marketing tools and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello) to facilitate smooth collaboration with teams and external vendors.
Business Level English Communication:
Business level English communication skills (目安: TOEIC 600+), with the ability to aim for 800+ within 2 years of joining.
