Job Title: Commercial Real Estate Broker

We support the sale and acquisition of all commercial properties, including offices, rental apartments, logistics facilities, and commercial facilities, as well as data centers and alternative assets.

Effective sales through domestic and international evaluations and market judgments. In addition, we provide optimal advice from the investor's perspective in acquisitions.

Main responsibilities:

• Collecting, analyzing, and investigating sales information based on client needs and creating proposals.
• Property selection and introduction, site guidance, etc.
• General transactions, explanations of important matters, and transfer work for real estate sales contracts.
• Creatng contract documents, negotiating conditions, and related tasks.

Treated Properties: Business Properties (Offices, Residences, Commercial Facilities, etc.)

Main Clients: Domestic and overseas business corporations, real estate investors, financial institutions, etc.

◆ No experience in the real estate industry is required.

Mandatory Conditions: Experience/Skills

• Corporate business experience of 1-2 years or more.
• Basic operating skills for MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• High communication ability.
• 4-year university graduate or higher.

Welcome Experienced/Qualifications

• Experience in brokerage business at a real estate brokerage company (creation of explanation documents, sales contracts, etc.).
• Real Estate Broker License.
• Real Estate Appraiser Qualification, etc.

Salary Structure:

Annual salary + commission-based.

*For Associate-level hires, it will be a performance-based bonus.

*A Real Estate Broker License is required upon joining the company if not already obtained.
