「会計アドバイザリー【会計士・時短勤務ポジション】」のポジションの求人です

■時短でコンサルタントとして働き、キャリアとライフイベントを両立

これまで監査法人・コンサルティングファーム・事業会社で磨きあげてこられた財務・会計の専門性を活かしていただきながら、アサインするプロジェクトの考慮および短時間勤務制度により、ご家庭と両立いただけるよう会社全体でサポートいたします。

勤務時間の短縮はもちろん、業務時間の中抜けも柔軟に可能です。会社に出社し、夕方に一度お子様のお迎えに行かれ、ご帰宅後、お子様の対応をされたのち、残ったお仕事をしていただく。といった働き方も可能です。

当社の経営陣・パートナー陣も子育て中のメンバーが多く、ライフイベントとキャリアの両立は全社をあげて推進しております。

【職務内容】

弊社は、戦略・会計・財務・IT・人事といったCFOアジェンダを中心に、実行支援を行うハンズオン・コンサルティング・カンパニーです。

顧客企業は、日本を代表する業界のリーディングカンパニーから革新的なサービスを提供するスタートアップまで多岐に渡ります。

また、事業会社はもちろん、グローバルに活動するプライベートエクイティファンドとのリレーションが深いことも当社の特徴です。投資先企業に対して部分的な経営課題の解決ではなく、全面的な経営支援を行い、バリューアップおよび経営改善を行っております。企業の内側に入り込み、株主・経営・現場をつなぎ組織を変革していく弊社は、クライアントからの満足度も高く、紹介および引き合いにてほとんどの案件を受注しております。弊社と継続的な関係を築いているプライベートエクイティファンドは数十社を超えております。

・経営企画機能の強化、経理・財務管理・予算管理体制の構築、組織・人事制度の構築などの経営基盤の整備支援

・中期経営計画の策定支援

・投資実行後の100日プランの策定・実行支援

・戦略立案から取引実行に至るまでのM&Aに関する総合支援

・M&A実行後のPMI支援

・IPO支援

日本の公認会計士/公認会計士試験合格者

【給与】

年収 600 ~ 1500 万円

◆賞与:年2回(8月・2月)
