Job Description

This position aims to strengthen the organization by expanding the technical workforce to support the sales activities of thick steel plates.

  • Engage in planning, proposing, and coordinating the supply system of high-quality thick plate products with excellent quality, cost, and delivery time, contributing to society by building infrastructure that is safe, secure, and environmentally friendly while meeting customer expectations.
  • Aim to enhance the company's capabilities in quality and delivery to customers effectively during the finishing mill update, polishing solutions for products and services, and becoming an irreplaceable entity for customers.
  • Responsibilities include understanding customer challenges and needs, planning and formulating sales expansion strategies, and supporting sales activities.
  • Opportunities for rotation within the quality design department and manufacturing department of the Kakogawa Steel Works, a thick plate production base.
  • Collect firsthand feedback from customers, experience a wide range of phases consistently, and play a key role in important projects within the unit.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in engineering (metallurgy, architecture, mechanical).
  • Knowledge in quality design/management of metal materials, or structural/architectural design.
  • Practical experience in the steel structure design/fabrication/construction industry.
  • TOEIC score of 550 or above.
  • Experience in technical services or sales at heavy electrical machinery manufacturers, general contractors, or shipbuilding companies.
  • Strong logical thinking, interpersonal communication, reporting, stress tolerance, curiosity, and proactive attitude.
  • Ability to take actions and make logical decisions.

Benefits:

  • Estimated Annual Income: ¥5.5 million to ¥10.3 million.
  • Employment Type: Full-time.
