A global BPO / technology services company is looking to hire a Country Business Information Security Officer (BISO) to support Japan.
About the Role
- Act as the
local security, risk, and compliance lead
for business operations - Identify, assess, and mitigate
information security, fraud, data privacy, and compliance risks - Partner closely with
operations, IT, HR, legal, and global security teams - Lead internal audits, risk assessments, investigations, and security awareness initiatives
- Serve as the
security point of contact for global clients
Key Requirements
- 5–10 years' experience in
information security, risk, compliance, audit, or investigations - Strong understanding of
security controls, fraud prevention, and compliance frameworks - Japanese who speaks business English
- Experience in
BPO, outsourcing, or large-scale service operations
is a strong plus
Location & Work Style
- Fully remote, office visit in Tokyo on need basis
