阪本病院での管理栄養士のお仕事です。

【主な業務内容】

委託給食会社での管理栄養士業務全般を担当していただきます。献立作成から食事箋の変更、発注・納品管理、調理・盛り付け・配膳、衛生管理まで幅広く対応します。

【配膳時間について】

・08:00 朝食配膳

・12:00 昼食配膳

・18:00 夕食配膳

患者さまの状態に合わせた調理が重要で、きざみ食、ミキサー食、流動食といった介護食の提供も行います。決められた時間に食事を提供するため、テキパキと動くことが求められるお仕事です。
