仕事内容


当社は、クラウドサービス、動画・ライブ配信、ゲーム、医療、出版メディアの全く異なる5つの事業を主軸として展開、「PRODUCT FIRST(優れた経営よりも、プロダクトの価値)」をビジョンに掲げ、日々新たな挑戦を行っています。

今回はDONUTSの多種多様な事業・職種の採用を強化するための採用担当を募集します。経験は問いません。まずはアシスタント業務から事業・採用への理解を深めていただき、将来的には採用戦略の立案・実行など、上流工程に挑戦し、会社のコアメンバーとして活躍したい、そんな意欲あふれる方を募集します

  • 業務内容

1.まずお任せしたい業務

OJTを通じて事業・採用への理解を深め、採用活動の基盤を習得します。

・日程調整や候補者またはエージェントへの連絡

・求人掲載・管理サポート

・その他、採用活動における事務サポート全般

2.将来的に挑戦してほしい上流業務(ステップアップ後)

アシスタント業務を通じて経験を積んだ後、以下の業務領域へ挑戦していただきます。

・採用計画立案、人材要件策定

・人材紹介エージェントとの連携、関係構築

・スカウト媒体でのダイレクトリクルーティング(母集団形成戦略の実行)

・求人媒体選定

・新規採用チャネルの開拓、戦略立案

・書類選考、面接・面談・クロージング

・選考品質の管理(面接官教育など)

上長やメンバーと共に採用ミッションを実現させる為に業務を進めていきます。

これまでのご経験を活かしながら幅広く経験を積み、業務領域を広げていきましょう。

・IT系のスタートアップ、ベンチャー企業での業務経験

固定時間制

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

10:00 ~ 19:00

実働8時間、休憩1時間

※グレードに応じてフレックス制度あり

給与


年俸 円 ~ 円

支払い方法: 年俸の1/12を毎月支給

上記額にはみなし残業代を含みます。※超過分は全額支給いたします。

みなし残業代:85,911円~128,866円

みなし残業時間:45.00時間

※前職のご経験・スキル・条件に基づき決定いたします。

試用期間あり

試用期間の長さ:6ヶ月

雇用形態、給与は本採用時と同じです。

※試用期間中の雇用形態等含め条件に変更はありません。

完全週休2日制 完全週休2日制(土日)、祝日、年末年始休暇、有給休暇(入社半年以降、初年度10日)、慶弔休暇、産前産後休暇、介護休暇
