職務目的(Job Purpose)

• 全国転勤型の勤務を前提とし、担当地区において、上席者の管理・監督の下で「基幹商品ALLSTARs」を中心とした推進および引受業務を通じて、お客様に寄り添いお守りするなかで、企業賠償保険ラインの成長ならびに収益性の最大化を図る。

職責(Job Responsibilities)

• 担当地区(大阪駐在にて関西地域事業本部担当予定。)の企業賠償保険ラインの予算達成に責任を持ち、そのために地域事業本部・他ラインの駐在スペシャリスト等と連携・協働し、担当地区のマーケット、チャネルの状況に応じた「基幹商品ALLSTARs」の販促(契約保全を含む)について企画立案し、実行する
• 主に営業社員・担当チャネル向けのALLSTARs販売トレーニングを行い、特に重点代理店については個々の代理店のALLSTARs販売計画・トレーニングにも関与する
• 企業賠償保険ラインの情宣活動を行い(成約事例紹介・売れ筋情報や業務関連情報等の提供。資料作成含む)、そのためにマーケット情報・他社動向を含めた情報収集も行う
• 企業賠償保険種目のうち引受権限を有するものにつき、担当地区の基本的な保険引受業務を行う。引受権限を有しないもの、または難度の高い事案については上席またはシニア・プロダクションアンダーライターと連携して対応し、担当地区の収益性を確保する

業務経験

• 5年以上の損保業界での経験(営業部門、企画推進部門、研修部門、商品部門(引受)もしくはクレーム部門で経験を持つ方が望ましい。企業賠償に関する分野での業務経験があれば尚可)
