・地盤調査・解析業務の依頼および外部協力会社との連携

・調査データの分析および地盤リスク評価

・安全性を高めるための改良工事プランの企画・立案

・改良工事の依頼、進捗管理、ディレクション業務

【入社後の流れ】

・入社後3ヶ月~1年:業務の流れを理解し、小規模案件から担当

・1~3年目:分析・プランニング領域で専門性を強化

・以降:チームリーダーとして大型案件や後輩育成に携わる

【必須】

・施工管理または設計経験

・もしくは土地・地盤関連業務の経験

・普通自動車運転免許(AT限定可)

【尚可】

・建築士または建築・土木施工管理技士資格

・地盤調査会社での勤務経験

・地盤改良の企画・設計・工事経験

【給与】

年収:650万~1000万程度

月給制:月額350000円

給与:※月額に「ライフプラン手当」を含む

賞与:年2回

昇給:年1回
