<営業支援>
「Terass Portal」 不動産エージェントと売主のコミュニケーションをサポートするサービス
「Loan Finder」 顧客の条件に合わせて、各銀行のローンを横断検索できるサービス
「買主向け新着物件情報配信システム」 希望条件登録で、条件にマッチする新着物件を買主に配信することができるシステム
▼仕事内容
当社プロダクトチームでは不動産仲介業務における課題解決を目的として、集客, 業務効率化, 営業最適化を軸にそれぞれのアプローチで多様なサービスを開発しています。
本ポジションでは、アーキテクチャ決定, ツール選定, 実装まで一貫して関わるポジションとなります。
弊社では不動産エージェントを多数抱えており、現在も急速に拡大しています。
特定のプロダクトに閉じることなく社内の技術面を横断的にみて適切に舵をきれる人材を探しています。
多様なサービスを素早く,堅牢に作れる環境を整えながらサービス開発するエンジニアを募集しております。
【求める人材】
<求めるスキル、経験【必須】>
WEBサービスの開発経験3年以上
AWS, GCPなどCloudを利用したサービス開発経験1年以上
技術選定や未知の技術を適切にキャッチアップし取捨選択できること
アプリケーションに合わせてDBやNoSQLを適切に設計できること
ビジネスメンバーと円滑にコミュニケーションできる能力
