当社の建築営業部にて、資産運用型の土地活用営業をご担当いただきます。

不動産業界、土地活用営業のご経験をお持ちでない方も大応援。

経験豊富なメンバーがサポート・レクチャーいたします

圧倒的顧客ファーストを実現しながら、

不動産×資産運用のプロフェッショナルになってください。

【具体的な仕事内容】

・土地所有者様への最適な活用方法のご提案

・オーナー様の発掘、訪問

・土地や相続税等に関するお悩みのヒアリング

・土地診断、賃貸需要調査(当社各部門との連携)

当社の土地活用は、

単純にアパート・マンションを建てる・売るという不動産業とは一線を画すサービスです。

あくまで資産運用の観点で、お客様が物件を取得された後も「安定して賃貸経営を行えるかかどうか」を重視します。

土地診断の結果から、その土地の賃貸需要等を調査し賃貸経営の向き・不向きを診断します。

賃貸経営に適している土地にはアパート・マンションの建築を提案し、

反対に適していない土地をご所有のお客様に対しては、賃貸需要のある土地での物件購入による土地活用・相続税対策を提案します。

お客様のご所有地に最適な活用方法を提案し「長期的に安定した運用」を実現すること。それが「資産運用型土地活用」です。

  • 基本給 :204,600円~292,200円
  • 固定残業代(45H):70,515~100,710円 ※固定残業分超過の場合は別途支給
  • 賞与前払手当 :36,885円~57,590円

賞与 :年2回

・通勤手当:全額

+別途インセンティブ(規定あり)

  • 予算100%達成時のインセンティブ支給込み想定年収 6,000,800円 ~ 11,997,200円

予算を超過して達成した場合は超過パーセントに応じてインセンティブ割増支給

【勤務時間】


勤務時間 :9:00~18:00(休憩60分)

平均残業時間:25時間~40時間

休日:完全週休2日、火・水・土・日のシフト制・年間休日120日
