【仕事内容】 自動車向け電子接続部品の品質管理業務(工場品質管理)

・ 量産品の品質管理業務(工程検査、初期流動管理、工程能力の把握など)

・ 工程変更に伴う品質保証と評価

・ 継続的改善と品質向上活動の実施

・ 問題解決の為の要因調査、分析と改善の実施

・ 製造及び技術者に対する品質管理教育の推進

What Your Background Should Look Like

【応募資格】 ・ 学歴:
大学卒以上

・ 専攻:
理系学部(電気/電子/機械など)が望ましいが、品質保証業務を専門に経験していれば不問とします。

・ 語学:
日本語 - 母国語レベル(ビジネス・技術対話および資料作成が可能なこと)

英語 - 中級程度以上(目安TOEIC600点)

※社内外の海外拠点とメール・電話による技術対話、情報交換の機会あり。

・ PCスキル(Microsoft Office〔EXCEL、Word、Power Point〕) 【業務経験】 ・ 電子業界又は機械系メーカーでの品質基礎知識をお持ちの方

・ 社内関係部門を巻き込み、協調性をもって積極的に品質対応ができる方 (明るさ、活発さ、粘り強さ、協調性)

・ 常に問題意識を持ち、その解決のための努力を惜しまない姿勢を持っている方

・ 社内外との折衝/交渉やコミュニケーションに自信のある方

・ 自動車業界の品質部門での経験がある方 ・QC検定3級以上

・ DX化に向けて業務のデジタル化を推進する意欲のある方
