【仕事内容】

■同社が手がけるマンションおよび商業施設、オフィスビル、学校などにおける品質管理業務を担当していただきます。

【具体的には】

・担当案件:自社ブランドマンション(6割)、商業施設・オフィスビル(1割)、倉庫・病院・ホテルなど(3割)

・案件エリア:東京6割、千葉3割、神奈川:1割

・社内の事業担当や設計会社・建設会社・施工会社等各種関係会社に対し打ち合わせ。

・マンション施工現場における事業主として品質管理業務全般。

・各種現場検査及び内覧会の立会い等の業務。

・1人の方が担当する物件は8~10現場になります。

・基本的には直行直帰で現場を巡回していただきます。

【求める人材】

■以下いずれかの資格と以下の経験をお持ちの方

・1級電気工事施工管理技士 ・1級管工事施工管理技士

・電気設備の施工管理経験をお持ちの方

・空調・給排水設備の施工管理経験をお持ちの方

【給与】

万円
