仕事内容:

サービス付き高齢者向け住宅「にっこり山城」での介護業務全般を担当いただきます。ご利用者様に寄り添い、温かい家庭的な介護を心がけながら、日々のお世話をしていただきます。

【主な業務】

・食事、入浴、排泄などの身体介助

・生活支援及び生活に関わる諸々のサポート

・ご利用者様の見守り・記録業務

【1日のスケジュール例】

〈日勤〉

・08:30 出勤 夜勤スタッフからの申し送り、1日の業務の流れの確認

・09:00 入浴介助スタート、入浴がないご利用者様の臥床介助

・11:30 ご利用者様の離床介助

・12:00 昼食 食事介助

・12:30 交代でスタッフ休憩 休憩に入らないスタッフは見守り、記録の記入

・13:30 掃除、雑務処理

・15:00 水分補給

・17:00 夕食 食事介助

・17:30 退勤

〈夜勤〉

・16:00 出勤 日勤スタッフからの申し送り、食事介助

・17:30 口腔ケア、臥床介助

・18:00 食器の片付け、トイレ介助

・20:00 服薬介助

・21:00 消灯、巡視、体位交換、記録の記入

・06:00 起床、離床介助、整容

・07:00 朝食 食事介助

・07:30 口腔ケア、トイレ介助

給与・待遇面の充実 / 月給211,000円~231,000円(初任者研修保有時)の基本給に加え、処遇改善手当(15,000円~)、夜勤手当(1回6,000円、月5回程度)、皆勤手当(3,000円)、資格手当などで着実な収入が実現できます。年2回の賞与(計2ヶ月分・前年度実績)と年1回の昇給(1,000円~・前年度実績)で、がんばりがしっかり評価される仕組みです。

・月給: 215,000円~235,000円 / 介護福祉士

また、施設入居が必要になった際には、自由度の高い高齢者賃貸住宅(サービス付き高齢者向け住宅)もご用意しています。もちろん、にっこり山城(サービス付き高齢者向け住宅)は訪問介護とデイサービスの介護サービスを併設しておりますので、いざと言うときも安心です。また、どの介護サービスも共通した理念として「温かい家庭的な介護」を掲げております。ご利用者に寄り添った「第二の我が家」としてお役に立てるようスタッフ一同日々邁進していきます。

【代表のあいさつ】

私が19歳のころ、祖父がアルツハイマーになりました。

当時、介護保険制度もなく、看護師の母を中心に自宅で祖父のお世話をしており看取りさせていただきました。

家族がノイローゼになるくらい大変な経験でしたが、「家族のために、日本のために頑張ってこられた方を介護するのは当たり前」と母が言っていたことを今でも覚えています。

私が、にっこり山城として介護をさせていただこうと思った理由はこれです。

にっこり山城では、自慢の椎茸料理を食べておいしく元気になっていただきたいと考えています。また、看護師が24時間対応し、特殊浴槽も完備しているので、医療度の高い利用者様にも対応したサービス付き高齢者向け住宅です。

デイサービス「にっこり山城」では、自社農園での園芸レクや、空手道レク、カラオケレク等も取り入れています。

毎月25日には「朝市」を開催します。子どもから大人まで楽しめる地域のオアシスを目指しています。
