【主な内容】

サーバーサイド周りの課題の把握及び解決 Web、ネイティブアプリ向けのAPI開発

・ECサービスのメンテナンス・開発(サーバーサイド&フロントエンド)

プロダクトオーナーが中心になってまとめた次のような要件を開発しリリースします。

・機能追加による新しい価値の提供

・状況変化に対応するためのアップデート

・稼働し続けるためのシステムメンテナンス

※使用技術

PHP、Java、SpringBoot、React、、AWS・・・

  • エンジニアや営業、営業事務、DX推進者など様々なバックボーンを持つ得意分野が異なるメンバーの協働で不明点があればすぐに聞ける環境です。
  • エンジニア以外のサイト運営チームやカスタマーサポートなどの関係者とも距離が近く、お客様にワクワクしてもらえるサービスであり続けるためにお互いに協力しています。

【必須要件】

・Javaを用いたWebアプリケーション開発の実務経験が5年以上ある

・Springを用いたWebアプリケーション開発の実務経験が2年以上ある

・最近2年以内に稼働中のECサービスまたは類似するサービスに対する改善・改修・課題解決の実務経験がある

・要件(解決したいテーマ)に対する解決策を検討し、実装することができる

・担当システムにおいてプロダクト・サービスにとって適切な技術選定ができ、選定基準を他者に共有できる

・プロダクトコードをメンテナンスし続けるために、保守性を向上させる意思決定と実装ができる

【歓迎要件】

・稼働中のECの開発、運用経験

・スクラムなどアジャイルでのチーム開発経験

  • 受け入れ条件やユーザーストーリーを元にPOやステークホルダーと会話しながら設計・実装できる。
  • 実現したいことをスプリントでリリースできるサイズに分割し、素早くフィードバックを得ながら開発を進めることができる。

・実務でのTDD(テスト駆動開発)、DDD(ドメイン駆動設計)を用いた開発

  • 業務をドメインクラスで表現するよう設計した経験
  • 実現したいことをテストコードで表現してから実装を進めた経験

・レガシーシステムを稼働しながらリプレースした経験

・Javaのプロダクトにおいて、システムの特性を踏まえて技術選定・設計で適切な根拠を示し、チームの意思決定をリードできる

・プロダクトの課題に対して解決案が提示できる

・変更による関連システムや業務への影響も考慮できる

・プロダクトがお客様にとってより価値があるものにするために適切に課題設定し、技術的に解決に導くことを主体的にできる(プロダクトオーナーシップを持っている)

関西にお住まいの方は大阪本社、関東にお住まいの方は東京営業所での勤務となります。
関西、関東圏外にお住まいの方はフルリモートでの勤務が可能となります。

家賃補助制度:各拠点の最寄り駅を基準とし「自宅最寄り駅から各駅停車で3駅以内(東京は4駅以内)」にお住まいの方は月額家賃の50%(上限30,000円/月)を支給いたします。(東京は支給上限40,000円/月)
また出社をベースとしているため近距離手当の支給対象者は週1日までのリモート勤務を認めます。
※会社都合による所属部署の移転や人事異動により就業場所が変更となる場合は、変更後の就業場所を基準として支給の可否を判断します。
