MicronのIT Infra engineerとして、サイト内の生産システムを運用するサーバ/ストレージの導入・保守・管理に責任を持ちます。
ハードウェアおよびオペレーティング システム ソリューションを設計、実装し、システムを保守します。
トラブルシューティングを行い、根本原因分析を実行し、Windows/Linux 関連の問題を特定します。
Micron Globalの方針に沿って、他サイトと協力し、ソリューションの提供・規制やライセンスのコンプライアンス遵守・DR戦略への参画・環境の維持管理を行います。
ユーザー(サーバオーナー) サポート、アカウントと権限の管理、システムのパフォーマンス管理、セキュリティ、チューニングを提供します。
システムを保守し、運用文書を更新して最新の状態に保ちます。
職務要件:
- 情報工学系の修士号/学士号
- 英語と日本語の両方での口頭および書面によるコミュニケーション能力
- コラボレーションや人を大切にする言動
- 分析力、問題解決力、マルチタスクスキル
- 新しいテクノロジの習得に高い興味を持っている
- Win 2016、Win 2019、 Win 2022のサポートと管理に関する知識と経験。
- RedHat 7/8/9 のサポートと管理に関する知識と経験。
- 仮想化プラットフォーム (VMware、Nutanix など) のサポートと管理に関する知識と経験
- Windows または Linux サーバーのスクリプト作成、プログラミング、管理の経験があると有利です。
As an IT Infra Engineer at Micron, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and management of the servers/storages that operate the production systems on site.
Design and implement production systems hardware and operating system solutions and maintain systems.
Troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis and identify Windows/Linux related problems.
In line with Micron Global's policies, will work with other sites to provide solutions, comply with regulatory and licence, participate in DR strategies and maintain the environment.
User (server owner) supporting, account and authorisation management, system performance management, security and tuning.
Maintain systems and update operational documentation to ensure that they are current.
Job Requirements
- Master's/Bachelor's Degree related to computer science
- Oral and written communication skills for both English and Japanese
- Behaviour focused on collaboration or people
- Analytics, problem solving and multi-tasking skills
- High interest in learning new technologies
- Knowledge and experience in support & administration of Win 2016,Win 2019,Win 2022, etc.
- Knowledge and experience in support & administration of RedHat 7/8/9.
- Knowledge and experience in support & administration of Virtualization Platform (VMware,Nutanix etc.)
- Experience in scripting, programming, and managing Windows or Linux Servers will be advantageous.
