Responsibilities:

  • Product ManagementExisting Product ManagementTake on existing product management responsibilitiesMaintain stable product supply to customer and patientsWork closely with Global Mktg, Global R&D for Product life cycle management – phase out products planning/execution, product specification change managementCollaborate with QA/RA/GA/Legal/Technical Support Center/Call Center, etc. and manage quality Issues including execute quality improvement projectsProduct Communication plan with KOLs collaborations and with clear business objectivesProject management – Manage New product launchesProduct Specification LocalizationProduct Launch Plan including creating business case and communication (PD Therapy / Product)Create marketing materials to communicate Japan localized Value Proposition and maintain consistency with global strategiesProduct Training for Internal/External customers
  • HCP CommunicationHCP Communication – Contents Creation for Baxter Pro Site, Marketing Materials, Communication for events theme
  • OthersUnderstanding of market and competitive dynamics and respond fastBudgetingCollaborate with teammate on Events planning / executionCross business units (HD/AC) and functional units collaboration with Japan WWM/DX/GA/COMM/RA/QACollaborate with GBU/APAC team and work closely on product portfolio strategy and product management
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with medical, pharmacy is a plus, but not necessary
  • Minimum 5 years' hands on marketing experience in Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry. Knowledge of the kidney disease and dialysis is a plus
  • Proven successful project management leadership skills
  • Fluent in Japanese as well as a good working level English communication
  • Ability to understand market trends, customer needs, and assess competitive intelligence data
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing work environment and adopt to change fast
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, influencing and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize work based on critical business needs
  • An excellent sense of Accountability / Growth Mindset / Agility / Efficiency / Time Management
  • Professional level PowerPoint, XLS, and presentation skills
