About the Role

Our client, a tech company focused on fostering multiculturalism and innovation in Japan is seeking a junior-level videographer for an upcoming event in Tokyo. The project involves recording speaker presentations and creating a highlight montage. The ideal candidate will have strong composition and lighting skills, along with proficiency in video editing. This is a short-term project with a quick turnaround time.

Responsibilities

  • Record high-quality video of three speaker presentations at the event
  • Set up and manage lighting and audio equipment for optimal recording quality
  • Capture additional footage of the event for use in a potential highlight montage
  • Edit recorded presentations for clarity and engagement
  • Create a 20-30 second video montage of event highlights (if requested)

Requirements

  • Junior-level experience in videography and video editing
  • Proficiency in video recording equipment and editing software
  • Strong skills in composition, lighting, and sound recording
  • Ability to work independently and make creative decisions
  • Excellent time management skills to meet the one-week post-event deadline
