Service Infrastructureチーム(以下、サービスインフラ)は人々の生活を豊かにするために、無形サービスや体験価値を提供している「人材、運輸、物流、ホスピタリティ、空間」等の社会インフラを担うインダストリー、クライアントを支援するチームです。

人材サービス/運輸(鉄道、航空)/物流/不動産およびホテル、レジャー

クライアントが直面する、複雑で重要な課題すべてが、私たちのサービス提供機会となります。

PwCの国内外の様々なプロフェッショナルと連携して、クライアントのビジネス環境変化に対応し成長に資する複合的なコンサルティングサービスを提供します。

また、Public Servicesの部門に所属する強みを生かし、これまでの枠組みを超えて官公庁・地方自治体・公的機関とコラボレーションすることで、新たな価値を共創し、生活における多様な課題の総合的な解決をリードし、人々の生活を豊かにしていきます。

具体的には、業界での主要なプレイヤーに対して、

  • PMIや海外進出を含む事業拡大・事業構造の転換
  • 事業計画立案から組織構造、業務プロセス、情報システムなどの大規模な変革
  • 異業種連携による新規事業創出

等の業務を提供します。

【イニシアチブ】

社会課題に対して専門的かつ横断的な解決策を提示し、上記のMission/Visionを実現すべく、同じくPublic Servicesに所属するG&PSチームと一体となり、高度な知見を集約した「テーマ型イニシアチブ」として、社会福祉・保障、健康・医療、人財、農業、スポーツ・文化、観光、運輸・物流、中小企業・スタートアップ、通信・メディアのチームが、それらテーマを軸としてあらゆる政策で共通のテーマに組織横断でアプローチする「リエゾン型イニシアチブ」として、DX(デジタルトランスフォーメーション)、パブリックポリシー、産学官共創(初等中等~高等教育、地方創生など) 、産業育成のチームが、連携し活動しています。

【チーム人員構成】

コンサルティングに加えて、人材サービス/運輸(鉄道、航空)/物流/不動産およびホテル、レジャーの各業界出身者が幅広く在籍します。

【望ましい職務経験】

▼アソシエイト・シニアアソシエイト(下記いずれか)

・コンサルティング業務経験者

・人材・運輸・物流・ホスピタリティ&レジャー・不動産の業界で3年以上の実務経験※がある方

※経営企画・事業部門企画、営業企画、事業開発、DX企画・推進、ITシステム導入のいずれか

▼マネジャー以上(下記いずれか)

・コンサルティング業務経験者でマネジメント経験がある方

・人材・運輸・物流・ホスピタリティ&レジャー・不動産の業界で5年以上の実務経験※かつ管理職経験がある方

※経営企画・事業部門企画、営業企画、事業開発、DX企画・推進、ITシステム導入のいずれか勤務地 Work Location
