【仕事内容】

■同社の特徴である、完全自由設計の物件(賃貸マンション・高齢者施設・オフィスビル等)の機械設備設計業務をご担当いただきます。

【具体的には】

・ご担当いただく案件は70%程度が自社開発マンション(7~8階建て中心)です。平均案件金額は約6億円、大きなもので20億円超の案件もあります。

※病院・高齢者施設・工場・倉庫などの案件も増加しています。

・基本設計・工事監理を即戦力として担当していただき、若手技術者の指導も担っていただきます。

※若手技術者は営業と共に、土地オーナーや企業に企画(プランニング)を担当しています。

・同社は自由設計が特徴です。案件例:https://www.takamatsu-

・土日休みで振替休日の取得も徹底しています。時間外勤務はまったく無い方/月40~50時間行う方とさまざまですが、8割程度の方は19:00頃には退社されているそうです。

・基本的には住宅案件をご担当いただきますが、住宅案件だけではなく今後増加が見込まれる非住宅案件も並行して担当していただきます。

【求める人材】

■下記双方の要件を満たす方

・ゼネコン、サブコン、設計事務所で機械設備設計業務

・部下のマネジメント業務

※マネジメントの実務経験がない方でも意欲がある方であれば歓迎いたします。

■下記いずれかの資格をお持ちの方

・設備設計1級建築士/1級建築士/建築設備士

・1級管工事施工管理技士

万円

■上記年収は諸手当を含む金額です。
