【職務概要】

改善指導型ITプロジェクトマネジメントプロフェッショナルとして以下業務をお任せいたします。

【職務詳細】

○入社直後に期待する業務:

外部コンサルタント等と協力しながら、事業部門が実施する大型ITプロジェクト(数億円~数十億円規模)の計画・実施状況を把握し、リスクを定量的・定性的に評価・報告していただきます。プロジェクト全体を通して、事業部門が円滑に進められるよう改善アドバイスを行う、また決裁前には経営に対してリスク確認の結果を報告するなど、プロジェクトマネジメントの専門家としての役割を担っていただきます。

○半年~1年後の業務イメージ:

各事業部門のプロジェクトで得られた成功・失敗の知見を全社で活用できるように知識の形式化や仕組み化を進め、人材育成施策の実行にも取り組んでいただきます。外部コンサルタントに頼るのではなく、社内に知見を蓄積し、将来的に自律した体制を築いていくことを目指します。

○本ポジションの特徴:

・本社IT企画部はプロジェクトの良し悪しを決める部隊ではなく、経営への報告やリスク評価を担う立場です。

・プロジェクト全体を通した事業部門への改善アドバイス、また決裁前の投資判断に資するリスクチェックが中心となります

・事業部門のPMやシステム部門長と対等以上の立場で関わりつつ、適切に指導・助言していくバランス感覚が求められます。

【必須】

・パッケージを採用した業務変革を伴う中規模(総投資額1億円)以上のITプロジェクトのマネジメントを複数経験

・プロジェクトマネジメントに関する専門的知見を有し、プロジェクトの状況を経営層や事業部門に説明・助言できるスキル

【尚可】

・大規模(総投資額10億円以上)のITプロジェクトマネジメント経験

・要件定義を自ら実施した経験

・PMP資格

【給与】

年収:900万~1120万程度

月給制:月額400000円

給与:■経験、スキル、年齢を考慮の上、同社規定により優遇

賞与:年2回(6月、12月)

昇給:年1回

【勤務地】

東京都品川区北品川5-9-12※東京本社をご希望の場合、数年程度はOJTを含めた神戸主体での勤務が前提となる可能性がございます。

各線「大崎」駅から徒歩10分

勤務地変更の範囲:本社及び全国の事業場、支社、営業所

【勤務時間】

9時00分~17時30分(フレックスタイム制度有り)
