【仕事内容】

自動車部品の製造工程におけるNC旋盤を使用したオペレーター業務を担当いただきます。機械操作を通して精密な部品加工を行い、製品の品質をチェックする仕事です。

専門機器を使った業務ですが、未経験からスタートした社員が多数活躍中丁寧な教育体制で一つずつ技術を習得できるため、未経験でも安心して業務を覚えることができます。

〈主な業務内容〉

◆ NC旋盤による⾃動加⼯機のオペレーション

◆ 加⼯後製品の⼨法測定および品質確認

◆ ノギス、マイクロメータ、ダイヤルゲージを使⽤した測定作業

◆ 段取り替えや刃具交換作業

◆ 加⼯条件に応じた⼨法補正

◆ 機械および作業エリアの清掃、点検、整備

※未経験者には基礎から丁寧にお教えします

【1日の流れ】※昼勤の場合

08:10 出勤・朝礼・作業準備

08:40 加工機の立ち上げ、工具セット

09:00 自動車のターボ部品の加工・検査

12:00 昼休憩

12:50 別部品の段取り替え・加工スタート

15:30 検査・記録作成、加工後の清掃

17:20 退社
