About the role:
Assisting the entire Concierge team on daily tasks, particularly guest interaction, to achieve guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Ensure all local and corporate policies, work rules, and benchmark standards are properly applied.
Direct guests and visitors to any of the Hotel's facilities.
Transport guests' luggage to their room in an efficient manner and store luggage according to standards.
Escort guests to their rooms, explaining all in-house and room facilities.
Direct incoming guests to the check-in area while offering to handle any luggage the guest happens to be carrying.
Assist to open and close car doors for guests whenever the opportunity arises.
Load/unload guests' luggage for arriving and departing guests.
Assist all guests with luggage storage, ensuring proper handling, storage, security, and procedures are followed.
Handle parcel wrapping.
Deliver any other special newspaper that guests may request.
Maintain a tidy lobby by checking the general cleanliness and tidiness of the sitting area and entrance.
Ensure all messages of any kind are promptly delivered to the guest's room.
Assist to direct traffic in the hotel's driveway.
Ensure that the luggage carts are kept clean, shiny, and orderly at all times.
Hail taxis and answer guests' inquiries.
Prevent the entrance of unauthorized or undesirable persons.
Open doors, welcome, and greet guests and visitors.
Load/unload guests' luggage from cars/buses upon arrival and departure.
Keep the main entrance and driveway neat at all times.
Be aware of all functions and promotions held in the hotel.
Work closely with other employees in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.
Respond to the results of the consumer audit and ensure that the relevant changes are implemented.
Ensure guest comments are channeled to the Guest Services Team Leader for follow-up.
Verify arrival and departure details and arrange luggage handling, transportation, and other services requested by guests.
Deliver and pick up guest baggage as assigned by FD GRO and Concierge.

Requirements:
High School education or equivalent experience.
One to two years' experience in a related position with Four Seasons or other luxury hospitality brands.
