TEAM
Our team's mission is to realize Woven's vision of "Mobility for All" by developing autonomous vehicles that can operate without human involvement. We specifically focus on Mobility as a Service (MaaS) applications. MaaS offers the advantage of increased vehicle usage time through ridesharing, allowing us to equip vehicles with advanced sensors and computers necessary for achieving reliable driverless operations. We change people's lives with our driverless vehicles. While working towards our mission we aim to build a diverse team of curious and dedicated individuals with different experiences.

We are seeking engineers who are passionate about realizing autonomous vehicles and eager to take on challenges together to create a better future for mobility. We welcome individuals who can flexibly adapt to the integration of new sensors, computing environments, and software functionalities, and who possess the ability to build highly scalable platforms. We value those who are driven to delve into advanced areas such as operating system internals, real-time processing, and parallel computing to discover optimal solutions. Moreover, we are looking for team players who can leverage their own expertise while respecting the knowledge of other teams, contributing to the acceleration of development through collaboration. Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain low-level system components including device drivers, inter-process communication mechanisms, and data logging systems
• Develop tooling for system diagnostics, automated performance analysis, and validation
• Profile and optimize system performance, including CPU/GPU utilization, memory management, latency reduction, and throughput
• Debug complex system issues across hardware, middleware, and application layers
• Participate in code reviews, mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering best practices

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or related field
• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience with modern C++ (C++14 or later) in Linux environments
• Strong understanding of computer systems fundamentals: operating systems, concurrency, and resource management
• Effective communication skills in English for technical and cross-team collaboration

NICE TO HAVES

• Master's or Ph.D. degree in relevant technical domain (CS, CE, Robotics, EE)
• Professional experience with Python in tooling, automation, or robotics applications
• Knowledge of robotics sensor hardware: LiDAR, radar, camera systems, GNSS/IMU
• Skills in GPU programming and optimization (e.g., CUDA, Nvidia platforms such as Orin)
• Proficiency in linear algebra, computational geometry, and numerical methods
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies and modern software development tools (e.g., GitHub, JIRA, Confluence, Jenkins)
