商標グループは、グローバルな視点で戦略的に商標・意匠を管理し、権利を確保することで、
ブランドのグローバルなマーケティング活動を強力にサポートし、
ブランド価値を高めることをミッションとしています。
また、そのような知財保護活動を通じて商品の独自性と競争力を守りながら、
企業ミッションと事業戦略の実現を目指しています。
ブランドの事業計画に従い、商標および意匠に関する知財戦略を立案。
立案した知財戦略をもとに国内外での調査業務、出願業務を通じて権利化を推進。
また権利侵害事案については当社の権利を守るため積極的な保護活動を実施する。
業務内容
商標グループのグループマネージャーとして、資生堂の商標・意匠業務を統括するとともにグループのマネージメントを実施していただく。
