自社サイトの開拓、提案、顧客フォローを担う安心の教育体制充実の福利厚生制度
【職務概要】
ドライバー採用を行っているお客様の新規開拓から既存のお客様のフォローまで一貫して行う営業をお任せいたします。
【職務詳細】
- 3~4名で構成される営業チームに所属してもらい、新規開拓(主にテレアポ)を行っていくとともに、1人あたり平均30~40社程度を担当してもらいます。
- 採用課題をヒアリングし商材を提案、掲載中のお客様に採用課題に対する施策の提案を行い、採用成功を実現させるまで伴走します。
